COVID 19 INFORMATION FOR AUCKLAND AND NAPIER BRANCHES – EFFECTIVE 3RD DECEMBER 2021 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
As you will know New Zealand has entered the Governments Covid Protection Framework System (AKA Traffic Lights)
Please read below on how our branches will be operating with these colours.
At this time we do not require vaccine passes but if this changes we will update this section.
Please ensure you keep an eye on our website, the branches social media pages and also when you speak to our staff directly to confirm how we are operating if you are unsure.
As per the NZ Govt, if we are not using vaccine passes we will have some restrictions to abide by so because of this please read the below:
Where possible our staff will be working from home – please call the offices FIRST so we can advise and assist you further. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP
NO ENTRY into our offices, workshops, kitchen, bathrooms etc
MASKS MUST BE WORN at all times by our staff and customers along with at least 1-2m distance. No Mask, No Assistance (unless medically exempt or under 12 years of age)
Scanning and record keeping is required even when not entering our premises – this is a NZ Govt Requirement.
All items to be collected will be contactless and pre arranged with us. Please call our offices for further details, alternatively we can still ship items out.
IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE stay home and contact Healthline or your GP for a test and call our office from your home for further assistance if still needed.
Please ensure you wash/sanitise your hands and we will also ensure our surfaces are cleaned regularly.
PPE will not be provided to our customers or visitors, you must provide and bring your own including masks, hand sanitiser etc.

If we are onsite at your location you must maintain a distance of 2m at least from our staff, if at anytime they feel unsafe they will pack up and leave your premises and let our management know.
This is the same as Red with a few exceptions, please see below of the changes between Red and Orange.
NO ENTRY into our workshops, kitchen, bathrooms etc – Limited Entry into our offices with 1m distance and masks must be worn. Our offices will be open with restrictions and under amended hours. Please call for confirmation.
We will still require our visitors, customers etc visiting our offices to scan our QR code or leave their details for manual record keeping.
We may still require masks to be worn but we can advise that on a case by case basis depending on the Covid situation when we reach Green.

We will still have NO BATHROOMS onsite to use, please ensure that you have sorted this before visiting our offices, we do apologise but we need to ensure that we are keeping our staff safe whilst working.
