Product Description
Single Element housing for connection to pressure line. Flow control and bypass built into the housing. (BU 30-100)
Multi-Element housings for connection to pressure line. Bypass valve included inside housing and flow control supplied loose. (BU 200-300)
Triple R filters are constructed from specially engineered cellulose media, wound around a central supporting 
core. (Kind of like a toilet paper roll as our customers remember these filters by)
The combination of Triple R’s special cellulose material and the thickness of the element allows the absorption of water and sludge. The lower part of the element is compressed by a cardboard ring, creating an even finer final filter medium.
FIRST STAGE > Big particles are retained on the top of the filter
SECOND STAGE > Small particles are trapped in the mid-stage of the filter element
THIRD STAGE > The smallest particles are trapped in the lower and compressed part of the filter.
FEATURES:
- Remove 99% of solid particles, absorb water, eliminate soot, varnish, sludge, carbon and other oil oxidation products.
- Direct connection to hydraulic, lubrication and water glycol systems from 10 bar up to 350 bar.
- No pump or motor required for installation
- BU Housings suitable for use with water glycol fluids using “WG” Elements.
