Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or the delivery of the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, we also cannot accept a refund or return of an item if you have changed your mind or it has not arrived in time for what you need the item for if we have shipped it within 24 hours of the time the order has been placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply for all accepted returns, a purchase order number must be supplied for the restocking fee if already charged or invoiced for the items. If this item is returned and accepted by us outside of our standard terms, a 50% restocking fee, plus freight originally used to send item will still be charged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to: Specially manufactured items, specially procured items not in stock from National or International Suppliers or Specially designed systems, items delayed by shipping / courier deliveries or items specific to the customer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable and at the vendors discretion only)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit account within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact the vendors administration to enquire further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to the correct branch and we will confirm the address to return the item too at the purchasers expense.
To return your product, you should contact the branch directly for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary as this is out of our control.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no further refunds or exchanges will proceed if the item is not delivered to us or is lost in transit with the shipping company.
We are not responsible for late or missing parcels once it has been given to the courier / shipping company for delivery, therefore refunds and exchanges will not be accepted as this is out of our control. Please ensure you order your item with plenty of time needed to avoid any unnecessary delays.
