This seal was an odd ball seal that a customer broke, NO ONE in New Zealand or around the world had a replacement seal to match this one. So thankfully after consulting with our seal suppliers we found one based here in New Zealand that was able to manufacture this seal to the exact specifications and material required for our customers application, which saved our customer the unnecessary expense of replacing the entire part. They were very grateful to us and our supplier.
